ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) menargetkan semua Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) di Kota Kotamobagu, terakreditasi. Saat ini, tercatat baru ada dua dari lima Puskesmas yang terakreditasi, yakni Puskesmas Gogagoman dan Motoboi Kecil.
Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat (Kesmas) Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes), Apek Daeng Manganti, mengatakan saat ini pihaknya sedang menunggu kedatangan tim akreditas dari Kementrian Kesehatan (Kemenkes). “Tahun ini ada satu Puskesmas yang diusulkan terakreditasi, yaitu Puskesmas Upai. Kita tinggal menunggu kedatangan tim akreditasi dari kementrian. Kemudian tahun depan kita rencanakan Puskesmas Kotobangon dan Bilalang. Target kita semua Puskesmas di sini terakreditasi,” katanya.
Selain memverifikasi Puskesmas Upai, tim akreditas dari Kemenkes juga akan mengevaluasi dua Puskesmas lainnya yang sudah terlebih dahulu mendapat akreditas madya. “Puskesmas Gogagoman dan Motoboi Kecil akan dievaluasi lagi, apakah sudah layak naik status ke utama atau tetap madya,” ungkapnya.
Ditambahkannya, akreditas Puskesmas tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya Pemkot dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan ke masyarakat khususnya di bidang kesehatan. “Ini juga untuk kepentingan kerja sama dengan BPJS, karena syaratnya harus terakreditasi dulu,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)

ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Kehadiran seorang dokter hewan menjadi angin segar bagi para pebisnis ternak di Kota Kotamobagu. Berbagai keluhan atau persoalan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan hewan bisa segera teratasi dengan kehadiran dokter tersebut.
“Ini kabar baik bagi kami (peternak), karena yang menjadi tantangan bagi kita selama ini adalah adalah soal pencegahan penyakit yang kerap menyerang ternak kami. Dengan adanya dokter hewan di sini, maka kita bisa dengan mudah berkoordinasi soal pencegahan maupun penanganan penyakit hewan,” kata Dade Putong, salah satu peternak ayam di Kotamobagu.
Seperti diketahui, Kota Kotamobagu memiliki populasi ternak jenis sapi, kambing, babi, ayam dan itik. Tak sedikit juga warga yang menekuni bisnis ternak dan menjadikannya sebagai sumber pendapatan utama. “Sebagai pebisnis ayam, yang menjadi salah satu fokus perhatian adalah kesehatan ternak. Kita terus berupaya menjaga dan mengantisipasinya dari serangan berbagai penyakit. Mudah-mudahan kehadiran dokter hewan ini bisa menjawab keluhan sekaligus menjadi solusi bagi kami peternak,” ujarnya.
Kepala Bidang Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan, Manap Pudul, mengungkapkan penempatan seorang dokter hewan di Kota Kotamobagu merupakan tindak lanjut dari usulan Pemkot ke pemerintah pusat. “Alhamdulillah, usulan kita disetujui dan sekarang dokter itu sudah berada dan mulai bertugas di sini,” ungkapnya.
Ia berharap, kehadiran dokter hewan itu bisa menjawab berbagai keluhan atau permasalahan yang yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan hewan. “Jika ada keluhan mengenai hewan ternak, bisa menghubungi kami di sini untuk ditindaklanjuti bersama dokter hewan,” ujarnya. (ads/gito)
ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pembangunan 22 titik shelter yang terbagi dalam dua koridor, sudah dimulai. Saat ini realisasi pekerjaan proyek berbanderol Rp1,4 miliar itu sudah 25 persen, dan ditargetkan rampung pada November mendatang.
Kepala Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana Angkutan dan Lalulintas Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub), Lexi Kembuan, mengatakan pembangunan 22 shelter tersebut dimulai dari koridor pertama, yang dalam setiap koridor terdiri dari 11 titik. “Koridor pertama dari Kelurahan Mongkonai Barat dengan melintasi Kelurahan Mongkonai, Mongondow, Matali dan berakhir di Pobundayan. Kemudian koridor kedua melewati Kelurahan Molinow, Mogolaing, Kotamobagu kemudian finish di Kelurahan Matali,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, pemerintah telah menyiapkan lima unit Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bantuan dari Kementrian Perhubungan (Kemenhub). “Pembangunannya akan dipacu dan terus diawasi agar selesai tepat waktu dan bisa segera difungsikan,” ungkapnya.
Kepala Dishub, Nasli Paputungan, berharap pembangunan shelter tersebut bisa berjalan lancar dan sesuai yang diharapkan. “Harapan ini pembangunannya selesai tepat waktu. Kemudian setelah itu BRT bisa langsung dioperasikan,” harapnya.
Ditambahkannya, kehadiran lima unit BRT tersebut bisa menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat dalam memilih angkutan umum. “Sekarang ini masyarakat mengandalkan bentor. Setelah bus ini beroperasi, maka ada pilihan lain bagi masyarakat,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)

KOTAMOBAGU – Penjual Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) eceran lewat pertamini mulai menjamur di Kota Kotamobagu. Ada yang dikelola oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) maupun secara perorangan.
Novita (35), salah satu pemilik pertamini di Kelurahan Gogagoman, mengakui keuntungan yang didapat dari penjualan BBM cukup lumayan. Dalam sepekan katanya penjualan BBM mencapai hingga 260 liter. “Kalau per hati rata-rata 30 sampai 40 liter yang terjual. Keuntungannya cukup lumayan,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, dirinya mendapatkan stok BBM dari Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU). “Untuk harga jualnya tentu beda dengan di SPBU. Untungnya sedikit, tapi lumayan,” ungkapnya.
Ia mengakui, dirinya menjalani bisnis itu sudah lebih dari satu bulan. Dalam kurun waktu itu katanya nyaris tak kendala yang ditemui. “Kalau kendala hanya pada antrian di SPBU saja. Tapi semuanya harus dihadapi, karena begitu resiko menjalankan usaha,” sebutnya.
Kepala Bagian Perekonomian dan Pembangunan (Ekbang), Alfian Hasan, mengatakan pihaknya pihaknya akan terus mengawasi penjualan BBM baik melalui SPBU ataupun lewat pertamini. “Pengawasan terus kita lakukan, jangan sampai terjadi penimbunan. Payung hukumnya seperti apa, kemudian apakah ini diperobolehkan atau tidak, itu yang sedang kita cari tahu. Kita juga tak bisa langsung melarangnya, karena ini masih baru kemudian berkaitan dengan usaha masyarakat. Pada intinya tetap kita melakukan pengawasan,” katanya. (ads/gito)

Hal itu dimaksudkan untuk menarik wisatawan datang berkunjung di Hutan Kota yang berada di yang berada di Kelurahan Mongkonai Barat, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat itu.
“Dengan ada fasilitas-fasilitas itu, tentu bisa membuat nyaman pengunjung yang datang. Dengan begitu, akan menarik minat wisatawan datang ke situ,” kata Kepala Bidang Pencemaran dan Lingkungan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), Dewi Anggraini Dotu.
Selain menambah beberapa fasilitas itu, ia mengungkapkan pihaknya berencana menanam beberapa jenis pohon di Hutan Kota tersebut. “Untuk penambahan fasilitas itu tahun ini akan terealisasi, tapi untuk penanaman pohon mudah-mudahan terealisasi tahun depan,” ujarnya.
Ditambahkannya, Hutan Kota tersebut merupakan paru-paru Kota Kotamobagu sehingga perlu dijaga dan dirawat bersama. “Itu (Hutan Kota) juga merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang ada di Kotamobagu. Banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung, baik sekadar menikmati keindahan alam maupun menambah wawasan seputar flora dan fauna yang hidup dan bertumbuh di situ. Kemudian ada juga pelajar atau mahasiswa yang datang melakukan penelitian,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)
ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (PRKP) mendapat anggaran sebesar Rp3,3 miliar dari Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum Perumahan Rakyat (KemenPUPR) untuk pembangunan 225 unit rumah melalui program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). Hal ini diutarakan Kepala Dinas PRKP, Imran Amon.
Menurutnya, pihaknya sebelumnya telah mengusulkan 350 unit rumah pada program BSPS. “Alhamdulillah usulan kita disetujui meski jumlahnya tidak seperti yang kita usulkan. 225 unit itu tersebar di empat kecamatan,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, pencairan anggaran tersebut dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Saat ini katanya masih sedang berlangsung verifikasi proposal tahap. “Setelah verifikasi ini baru action pekerjaannya. Nantinya dari verifikasi yang dilakukan itu akan diketahui bahan atau material apa yang dibutuhkan untuk tahap pertama,” ungkapnya.
Lanjutnya, setiap unit rumah dianggarkan sebesar Rp15 juta dalam bentuk bahan atau material bangunan. “Dari lima belas juta itu, ada dua juta lima ratus untuk upah dan sisanya untuk bahan bangunan. Pembangunannya secara swadaya, kami hanya mengawasi saja di lapangan,” ujarnya.
Ditambahkannya program BSPS tersebut diberikan kepada masyarakat kurang mampu dengan tujuan tersedianya rumah yang layak huni. “Harapan kami manfaat dari program ini bisa langsung dirasakan masyarakat khususnya penerima bantuan,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)

Walikota Tatong Bara menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) di Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya, Jakarta, Kamis (26/7). Rakornas ke-IX yang dibuka Presiden Joko Widodo serta dihadiri para menteri, gubernur, bupati dan walikota se-Indonesia itu, bertemakan ‘Mempercepat Pembangunan Infrastruktur untuk Mewujudkan Stabilitas Harga dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang Inklusif serta Berkualitas’.
Menurut walikota, dalam Rakornas itu Presiden Joko Widodo mengapresiasi kepada para kepala daerah, karena dalam tiga tahun terakhir inflasi berada di bawah angka 4 persen. Selain itu, ditekankan pula upaya pengendalian inflasi harus terus dilakukan melalui sinergitas antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah serta Satgas (satuan tugas) pangan harus terus terbangun

Walikota mengungkapkan, Rakornas TPID yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun itu adalah bagian dari sinergi antara pengendali inflasi di tingkat pusat dan daerah. “Ini merupakan langkah strategis yang dilakukan secara terpadu untuk menghadapi berbagai potensi tekanan inflasi yang dihadapi setiap daerah,” ungkapnya.

Sesuai tema Rakornas tahun ini yakni Mempercepat Pembangunan Infrastruktur untuk Mewujudkan Stabilitas Harga dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang Inklusif serta Berkualitas, maka Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) akan terus berkoordinasi dan bersinergi disegala lini serta pemangku kepentingan dalam menjaga daya beli masyarakat dan menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi yang muaranya pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. “Setelah ini tentu ada langkah-langkah strategis yang akan dilakukan dalam rangka pengendalian inflasi di daerah,” tambahnya.
