ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Dinas Ketahanan Pangan (DKP) berencana mengusulkan 60 ton beras cadangan pada Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) 2019 mendatang. Hal itu dimaksudkan untuk mengantisipasi kelangkaan atau kekurangan stok beras di Kota Kotamobagu.
Kepala DKP, Nurachim Mokoagow, mengatakan beras cadangan tersebut dipersiapkan bagi warga kurang mampu yang tidak tercover dalam data penerima beras sejahtera (rastra). “Usulan kita begitu (60 ton), mudah-mudahan disetujui,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, tahun ada 15 ton beras cadangan yang disiapkan bagi 819 kepala keluarga. Beras tersebut dibagikan ke setiap warga kurang mampu setiap triwulan. “Setiap kepala keluarga mendapatkan lima belas kilo gram,” ungkapnya.
Dijelaskannya, penerima beras cadangan itu tersebar di sejumlah desa dan kelurahan ada di empat wilayah kecamatan dengan jumlah penerima terbanyak ada di Kecamatan Kotamobagu Selatan dengan 224 penerima, kemudian Kecamatan Kotamobagu Utara 221 penerima, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Timur 202 penerima dan Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat 172 penerima. “Kita berharap bantuan beras cadangan ini dapat membantu masyarakat khususnya para penerima dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari,” tambahnya. ZONA BOLTIM – Imanuel Modayag Choir (IMC) berhasil mengharumkan nama Sulawesi Utara di kancah internasional melalui kegiatan 7th Bali International Choir Festival, yang dilaksanakan di La Prime Plaza Hotel Denpasar, Bali, 24 hingga 28 Juli lalu. Kelompok paduan suara yang dilatih Kevin Bosco Wantalangi itu tampil memukau dan berhasil memboyong Winner of The Mixed Choir Category, Champions Round dan Gold Level IV.
“Terima kasih kepada pemerintah Provinsi Sulut, Pemerintah Kabupaten Boltim, Jemaat GMIBM Imanuel Modayag dan pihak lain yang sudah membantu serta mensupport Imanuel Modayag Choir sehingga bisa mengikuti dan menjuari iven ini,” kata Ketua Sanggar Imanuel Modayag Choir, Ari Datu.
7th Bali International Choir Festival tahun ini diikuti 146 grup paduan suara dari 16 negara. Namun demikian, IMC berhasil menyingkirkan para pesaing berat dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri seperti, BAVE Chamber Choir Malaysia, BSRU Chamber Choir Thailand, Fujian Simphony Association Expertimental Choir Cina, Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges Himig Chorale Philina dan peserta dari negara lainnya.
“Kami bersyukur kepada Tuhan, karena kami boleh memperoleh hasil yang maksimal. Apa yang kami dapatkan ini tentu merupakan hasil kerja keras dan kerja sama sehingga bisa sampai pada level ini,” ungkap Conductur IMC, Rejen Tasik. (trz)

ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) pekan lalu diundang mengikuti seminar nasional merajut nusantara. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan atas kerja sama Stimik Ichsan Gorontalo, Kementrian Kominfo dan Badan Aksebilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informasi (BAKTI) tersebut mengusung tema ‘Keamanan Data di Era Digital’.
Menurut Kepala Diskominfo, Ahmad Yani Umar, kegiatan tersebut sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan sistem keamanan data pemerintah yang ada dalam data center.
“Sistem keamanan menjadi prioritas utama demi mewujudkan e-goverment dan peningkatan pelayanan publik di lingkungan pemerintah. Pengamanan data sangat diperlukan di era saat ini,” katanya.
Dari kegiatan tersebut, ia mengaku mendapat banyak ilmu dan pengetahuan terkait pengamanan data untuk diimplementasikan dalam sistem manajemen keamanan informasi dan data pemerintah.
“Kita memiliki data center yang didalamnya memuat semua data pemerintah. Itu yang harus diproteksi. Untuk sumber daya manusia, di sini juga sudah ada baik PNS maupun tenaga kontrak. Itu menjadi keunggulan tersendiri bagi kami,” sebutnya.
Ditambahkannya, setelah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, ada banyak hal yang akan dilakukan sebagai tindaklanjutnya. “Kegiatan ini sangat baik, dan kita beruntung bisa diundang. Setelah ini, tentu ada tahapan-tahapan yang akan dilakukan. Sekarang sedang proses,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)
ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) berencana kembali mengalokasikan anggaran sekira Rp9 miliar pada Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Tahun 2019, untuk lanjutan penyelesaian pembangunan Masjid Raya Baitul Makmur (MRBM). Besaran anggaran tersebut akan diperuntukkan pada pembangunan landscape danbasement.
Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Proyek MRBM, Sofian Hatam, mengatakan tahun 2019 mendatang bangunan MRBM sudah rampung 100 persen dan bisa segera difungsikan.
“Di bagian dalam sudah bisa digunakan sholat. Tapi masih ada beberapa bagian lagi yang harus dirampungkan tahun ini. Tahun depan masih ada pekerjaan lagi, tapi lebih banyak di luar bangunan masjid,” katanya.
Lanjutnya, jika target pekerjaan tahun ini bisa selesai tepat waktu, maka pihaknya akan langsung menyiapkan perencanaan untuk proses lelang pada paket pekerjaan tahun selanjutnya. “Insya allah semua berjalan lancar, agar awal tahun sudah bisa lelang dan pekerjaannya cepat dilaksanakan,” ujarnya.
Dijelaskannya, tahun ini pihak ketiga pelaksana proyek tersebut sedang merampungkan pekerjaan marmer, kaligrafi dan beberapa pekerjaan lainnya.
“Batas waktu pekerjaan sampai 23 Agustus. Setelah itu kita rencanakan menambah waktu pengerjaannya empat puluh lima hari lagi, karena ada ketambahan anggaran dua ratus lima puluh juta dari sisa hasil tender. Kita sudah koordinasikan dengan pihak ketiga, dan mereka menyanggupinya,” jelasnya.
Ia mengungkapkan, anggaran Rp250 itu akan diperuntukan pada pembangunan pagar keliling di lantai II masjid. “Mereka (pihak ketiga) minta penambahan empat puluh lima hari kerja, karena waktu pengiriman bahan yang akan digunakan sekitar dua minggu, kemudian waktu pemasangan pagar sekitar satu bulan,” ungkapnya. ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) terus mendorong pengembangan tanaman kopi organik di Kota Kotamobagu. Selain telah menyiapkan lahan, Pemkot juga intens melakukan sosialisasi maupun pelatihan kepada para petani terkait cara budidaya tanaman tersebut dengan baik dan benar.
Kepala Bidang Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Perkebunan Dinas Pertanian, Ramjan Mokoginta, mengatakan pelatihan kepada para petani merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam pengembangan kopi organik.
“Kita sudah turun di Desa Bilalang I dan Bilalang II. Petani di sana kita beri pelatihan soal cara menanam dan merawat kopi organik dengan tidak menggunakan bahan atau pupuk kimia,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, tanaman yang tumbuh secara alami lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tanaman yang tumbuh dan berkembang menggunakan pupuk berbahan kimia.
“Banyak petani kita yang saat ini sudah kecanduan menggunakan pestisida atau pupuk berbahan kimia pada tanaman. Padahal itu tak memberikan jaminan kualitas tumbuhan. Sehingga itu kita terus mendorong agar petani tidak tergantung pada pupuk berbahan kimia,” ujarnya.
Ditambahkannya, pihaknya berencana memberikan sertifikat bagi petani yang tanaman kopinya tak menggunakan pupuk berbahan kimia. “Sertifikat itu akan mempertegas bahwa proses tanam dan perawatan kopi tak menggunakan bahan kimia. Dengan begitu, petani bisa dengan mudah memasarkan hasil pertaniannya, termasuk bisa ekspor ke luar negeri,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)

Meski bisa dibilang pendatang baru dalam arena politik, namun hiruk-pikuk dunia perpolitikan sudah tak asing dan tak pernah jauh darinya.
Mama Icad -sapaan akrabnya-, mengaku dirinya terpanggil ikut bertarung di Pileg 2019 karena niatnya ingin membangun Kabupaten Boltim lewat pengabdian diri di lembaga legislatif.
“Ini murni keterpanggilan hati saya untuk membangun daerah ini. Ada banyak ide dan gagasan yang bisa diwujudkan lewat lembaga legislatif,” kata istri Sam Sachrul Mamonto itu.
Ia mengungkapkan, dirinya memilih Partai Nasdem sebagai kendaraan politiknya menuju gedung wakil rakyat. “Saya suka gaya kepemimpinan Pak Surya Paloh. Kemudian saya memiliki pandangan yang sama dengan apa yang menjadi tujuan partai ini. Itu alasan saya begabung dengan Nasdem,” ungkapnya. (trz)
ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) melobi anggaran ke Kementrian Sosial (Kemensos) untuk renovasi Taman Makam Pahlawan (TMP) yang berada di Kelurahan Mongkonai Barat, Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat. Anggaran sebesar Rp1,7 miliar diusulkan untuk perbaikan beberapa bagian di TMP tersebut yang sudah mulai rusak.
Kepala Bidang Sosial, Roi Paputungan, mengakui kondisi TMP tersebut saat ini sudah memprihatinkan. Selain beberapa makam yang mulai rusak, akses jalan dan pintu gerbang masuk juga sudah sangat perlu diperbaiki. “Kita usulkan anggaran untuk perbaikan, penataan dan pemeliharaanya. Sebab hampir tiga tahun ini tidak ada dananya,” katanya.
Ia mengungkapkan, proposal usulan anggaran sudah diajukan ke Kemensos. Pihaknya tinggal menunggu realisasi atas usulan tersebut. “Mudah-mudahan usulan itu disetujui dan anggarannya segera direalisasikan,” ungkapnya. (ads/gito)

ZONA KOTAMOBAGU – Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) menargetkan semua Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) di Kota Kotamobagu, terakreditasi. Saat ini, tercatat baru ada dua dari lima Puskesmas yang terakreditasi, yakni Puskesmas Gogagoman dan Motoboi Kecil.
Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat (Kesmas) Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes), Apek Daeng Manganti, mengatakan saat ini pihaknya sedang menunggu kedatangan tim akreditas dari Kementrian Kesehatan (Kemenkes). “Tahun ini ada satu Puskesmas yang diusulkan terakreditasi, yaitu Puskesmas Upai. Kita tinggal menunggu kedatangan tim akreditasi dari kementrian. Kemudian tahun depan kita rencanakan Puskesmas Kotobangon dan Bilalang. Target kita semua Puskesmas di sini terakreditasi,” katanya.
Selain memverifikasi Puskesmas Upai, tim akreditas dari Kemenkes juga akan mengevaluasi dua Puskesmas lainnya yang sudah terlebih dahulu mendapat akreditas madya. “Puskesmas Gogagoman dan Motoboi Kecil akan dievaluasi lagi, apakah sudah layak naik status ke utama atau tetap madya,” ungkapnya.
Ditambahkannya, akreditas Puskesmas tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya Pemkot dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan ke masyarakat khususnya di bidang kesehatan. “Ini juga untuk kepentingan kerja sama dengan BPJS, karena syaratnya harus terakreditasi dulu,” tambahnya. (ads/gito)
